Elevate-Rocky Mountain Getaway

Wow!! I am finally beginning to recover from the Getaway. It was an amazing conference, full of fun, activity and lots of time hearing from the Lord. Greg Speck was the main speaker this year and Tenth Avenue North lead the worship. What a treat to wake up and see the Rocky Mountains from our window. Every time I am surrounded by the majesty of snow capped mountains I am reminded again of just how big God is and how small we can make him in our lives. Some of the highlights from the trip were flying out of the raft while going down the Poudre (I got pulled back in quickly), hiking in the Rockies but most of all it was hearing the hearts of the students and watching them as they learned more about God and grew in their faith.
