Welcome to the chronicles of my adventures. As I journey with the Lord I hope to share about the people along the way and all that I learn.

Snow Shoeing up Hex Mountain

This past Saturday I went snow shoeing up Hex Mountain with a group from Bethany Community Church. Let me just say that boy was it challenging. It is amazing how long three and a half miles can be when you are going up a mountain. Then of course you have to go back down. But the views are spectacular. Too bad it was a little cloudy that day and so we were not able to see Mount Rainer. More details coming soon. I learned so much about pushing beyond my mental and physical abilities and rely on the strength of others to get you through. It is still a lesson I continue to learn. That my attitude can have everything to do with whether or not I enjoy the journey or just wait to finish.
