Welcome to the chronicles of my adventures. As I journey with the Lord I hope to share about the people along the way and all that I learn.

Battle of the Bands

Battle of the Bands was a big hit!!! Below is a picture of the students waiting for the show to start. We had over 16 bands compete and the night was full of loud, no make that extremely loud, music. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching the evening unfold and seeing many different students come out to that night. I think we had over 500 at one point in the evening and we are know working to contact those who expressed an interest in spiritual things. Please keep praying for many conversations to come out of this evening.

Caleb and Olivia manning the Chasing Elvis table. Students were able to buy CD's or stickers. Also they offered a friendly face and directions to anyone needing to know where to go and where the free snacks were.

The band from Keynote-Chasing Elvis-performing for the crowd. They played between each of the competing bands and during the evening. Also the lead singer shared his testimony with the crowd. Praying that many students were impacted by the love of Christ this night.

Getting Around Town

The other day I thought I would snap a few pictures of how we get around town, the metro and trams of Budapest. Soon to follow will be the buses and my own two feet. :)

Timi and me braving the really steep escalator down to the metro stop.

The Metro Station at Deak Ter. It is the main station where all three lines meet and you can get almost anywhere in the city from here.
